Reflections of Character

There are places designed for a different purpose: to welcome, to represent, to tell a story. This Milan apartment was conceived as a point of reference in the heart of the city, a working base that embraces the language of elegance.

A subtle thread runs through every room, shaping its identity. It is the aged bronze finish.

Appearing in frames, reflected in mirrors, and integrated into carefully crafted details, it accompanies the eye from one space to the next, becoming the defining feature of the entire project. In the entrance hall, a composition of antique mirrors framed by bronze profiles and crossed by X-shaped details multiplies perspectives and expands the perception of space. The custom storage unit, designed in a warm white lacquer, welcomes guests through a balanced interplay of solids and voids, while the fluted mirror surfaces add depth, texture, and character.

The kitchen opens naturally onto the living area.

A boldly veined marble interacts with the bronze accents and warm white cabinetry, creating an atmosphere that feels both refined and timeless. Towards the living room, the countertop rises to become an integrated bar cabinet: a subtle design gesture that introduces a new function while preserving the harmony of the whole.

At the centre of the room, like a guest from another era, an antique round table takes its place. Its turned legs and sculptural presence bring with them the charm of objects that have gracefully stood the test of time.

The night area adopts a quieter language.

Finishes become lighter, while bronze and mirrors gradually give way to geometry and proportion. What remains is the design itself, the rhythm, and the coherence that connects every room without the need for repetition.

A project composed of details, reflections, and materials in constant dialogue.

Between oak and marble

A light-filled penthouse features modern furnishings in natural tones with refined details. The timeless combination of marble and wood is complemented by the classic style of bronze-finished knobs and handles with sinuous lines. A sense of softness is expressed in the rounded edges of the furnishings, the brushed finish of the oak and the light tones of the matt maple.

A kitchen in brushed-stained oak with a Carrara marble worktop dominates the bright living area of a Milanese penthouse. The peninsula unfolds in all its grandeur, interacting with the space in front of it through a rhythmic sequence of recessed doors with push-to-open mechanisms and internal shelves. It houses the hob and is softened by external radiating lines that extend from the Carrara marble worktop onto the fixed side panel in stained oak.

Full-height tall units and parallel base units house spacious drawers, pull-out baskets, shelves and internal drawers: functional elements that alternate to provide optimal storage for goods and accessories, enhanced by semi-circular bronze-finished handles. The composition is completed by two shelves – the lower of which incorporates an LED strip – which run parallel to the freestanding steel fridge.

In the sleeping area, stained oak meets classic style in the master bathroom, featuring drawers with high fronts and pronounced frames, rounded sides and a Carrara marble top with an undermount washbasin. The vintage-style taps echo the retro aesthetic and bronze tones.

The guest bathroom features the rounded shape of the freestanding unit on both sides, paired with a delicate marble with aqua-green veining that occasionally shifts to grey-pink. Bronzed handles are featured on the drawer fronts. In the utility bathroom, a recessed unit with a push-pull door flanked by oak shelves completes

Venetian Symphony

Venetian Symphony

A historic Venetian residence meets contemporary design in a symphony where the timeless elegance of wood encounters the modernity of metals. The soul of a city suspended in time permeates the interiors of this home, where opposites converge in perfect harmony.

Light-toned walls and a Venetian terrazzo floor embrace the interiors of this residence, where furnishings with metallic reflections dialogue with the enduring elegance of wood.
The kitchen unfolds around a rounded island, extending along the walls at different heights. Tall cabinets frame the entrance portal, while on the opposite side, the base units seamlessly transition into a bench beneath the window.
The burnished brass lacquer introduces a contemporary note, elevated by its pairing with marble countertops. Drawers and doors equipped with pull-out mechanisms ensure order and functionality.
The metal theme recurs in the passageways and lacquered doors that connect the various spaces.

In the bedroom, a canopy structure with an essential design combines metal with a fluted, thermo-treated wooden headboard. A niche integrated into the wall paneling serves as a minimal bedside element, while the passageways to the walk-in closet blend into the structure, remaining both prominent and discreet. Wood once again takes center stage, with lower drawers and open compartments offering double-height hanging space.

In the bathroom, wood grain finds its fullest expression in the vanity unit with mirrored drawers, topped by a white veined marble countertop that echoes the kitchen. The upper mirror integrates a concealed cabinet, providing storage without sacrificing brightness and essential lines.

Mirrored surfaces, a recurring theme throughout the project, enhance the natural light, from the decorated entryway cabinet fronts to the sliding door leading into the bedroom.

In this new project, the space transforms into a story of harmony and modernity.
A skillful use of materials defines the spaces: the warmth of wood, the lightness of white, and the depth of black intertwine in a contemporary balance.

Materials, light, and volumes become essential, and every detail contributes to a sense of fluidity and lightness. The kitchen, both essential and functional, opens naturally onto the living area and entrance through a corridor lined with thermo-treated oak paneling.

The paneling becomes the cornerstone of the project, enveloping the space in thermo-treated oak, chosen in a medium tone—not too dark nor too light—capable of balancing an already bright environment dominated by light colors. The kitchen, with pearl gray shades, is embraced by a deep-toned Dekton countertop with subtle light veins and features a central island designed for more informal and dynamic moments.

The dining table, solid and welcoming, custom-designed and crafted in detail, becomes a place of gathering and conviviality, while the living area is intended for more intimate and relaxing moments. The entire living space is lined with paneling, whose intensity warms the environment, giving it a more masculine and refined feel, in a story of continuity and harmony.

Anthracite slats shape perspectives, partially obscure the view, and act as a unifying motif, marking transitions and creating subtle divisions between spaces. The paneling also conceals service areas and access to the sleeping area, maintaining visual fluidity and coherence.

In the bathroom, thermo-treated oak returns as a connecting element in a custom-made column cabinet with internal shelves and space for the washing machine, combining functionality with elegance.

This renovation is not just an aesthetic intervention, but a new way of living the home: a space that welcomes, breathes, and tells a lifestyle story defined by beauty, functionality, and harmony.

Pop Playground

In the vibrant heart of Milan, a 1960s apartment is transformed into a lively homage to that eclectic era, blending minimal design with bold pop accents.

The entrance is a portal into a new dimension of colors and shapes. Like a discreet servant, a coat rack welcomes guests and extends into two sculpted shelves, guiding the eye along the depth of the space.
The kitchen, minimal and pink, unfolds in a single continuous line that stretches into a dining table. With its soft curves and speckled surfaces, suspended between function and poetry, it becomes the heart of the home. In dialogue with this sleek gesture, a Murano glass lamp with complex, almost baroque shapes introduces a vibrant counterpoint.

Beneath the staircase, every void is designed: storage becomes invisible, nestled within light geometric frames. The acid green flooring, bold and vibrant, spreads out like a synthetic grass carpet, embracing the entire living area, covered wall to wall in tone-on-tone carpet.

At the center of this chromatic landscape, as if carved into the volume itself, lies the conversation pit: a sunken lounge composed of modular upholstered blocks, designed to be rearranged. A free and flexible space, made for lingering, talking, hosting. Movable seats define a shifting geography, while small red circular tables rhythmically punctuate the edges.
Mirrors along the tall walls multiply the interior surface, expanding the space through reflection.

Red, like the tables, is the structure of the loft and the protective railing above it, a lightweight frame fitted with stackable ceiling blinds that, with a gentle gesture, reveal or conceal the sleeping area.
Here, a small private world opens up: a fuchsia bed with a sculpted neoprene headboard is flanked by built-in shelves, while the walk-in closet continues in the same bold tone. In the bathroom, a sliding pink vanity is paired with a terrazzo-effect countertop, echoing the texture of the kitchen but in soft pink hues. A backlit mirror completes and lights up the scene.

The interiors of this apartment are a richly emotional landscape, a curated collection of bold choices, memories, and desires, where every element speaks of character, identity, and expressive freedom.
